PopupEventHandler Delegate

Represents the method that handles the Popup event of the ToolTip class.

Namespace:  System.Windows.Forms
Assembly:  System.Windows.Forms (in System.Windows.Forms.dll)
Syntax

Visual Basic
Public Delegate Sub PopupEventHandler ( _
	sender As Object, _
	e As PopupEventArgs _
)
C#
public delegate void PopupEventHandler(
	Object sender,
	PopupEventArgs e
)
Visual C++
public delegate void PopupEventHandler(
	Object^ sender,
	PopupEventArgs^ e
)
F#
type PopupEventHandler =
    delegate of
        sender:Object *
        e:PopupEventArgs -> unit

Parameters

sender
Type: System.Object
The source of the event.
e
Type: System.Windows.Forms.PopupEventArgs
Information about the event.
Remarks

The Popup event can be canceled because PopupEventArgs derives from CancelEventArgs.

When you create a PopupEventHandler delegate, you identify the method that will handle the event. To associate the event with your event handler, add an instance of the delegate to the event. The event handler is called whenever the event occurs, unless you remove the delegate. For more information about event-handler delegates, see Events and Delegates.
