PictureBox.OnLoadProgressChanged Method
Raises the LoadProgressChanged event.
Assembly: System.Windows.Forms (in System.Windows.Forms.dll)
Syntax
Visual Basic
Protected Overridable Sub OnLoadProgressChanged ( _ e As ProgressChangedEventArgs _ )
C#
protected virtual void OnLoadProgressChanged( ProgressChangedEventArgs e )
Visual C++
protected: virtual void OnLoadProgressChanged( ProgressChangedEventArgs^ e )
F#
abstract OnLoadProgressChanged : e:ProgressChangedEventArgs -> unit override OnLoadProgressChanged : e:ProgressChangedEventArgs -> unit
Parameters
- e
- Type: System.ComponentModel.ProgressChangedEventArgs
A ProgressChangedEventArgs that contains the event data.
Remarks
Raising an event invokes the event handler through a delegate. For more information, see Raising an Event.
The OnLoadProgressChanged method also allows derived classes to handle the event without attaching a delegate. This is the preferred technique for handling the event in a derived class.
Notes to Inheritors
When overriding OnLoadProgressChanged in a derived class, be sure to call the base class’s OnLoadProgressChanged method so that registered delegates receive the event.
