Parameters

effect: Type: System.Windows.Forms.DragDropEffects
The type of drag-and-drop operation. Possible values are obtained by applying the bitwise OR (|) operation to the constants defined in the DragDropEffects.

useDefaultCursors: Type: System.Boolean
true if default pointers are used; otherwise, false.
