DataGridViewCell.ContentDoubleClickUnsharesRow Method

Note: This method is new in the .NET Framework version 2.0.

Indicates whether the cell's row will be unshared when the cell's content is double-clicked.

Namespace: System.Windows.Forms
Assembly: System.Windows.Forms (in system.windows.forms.dll)

protected virtual bool ContentDoubleClickUnsharesRow (
	DataGridViewCellEventArgs e
)
protected boolean ContentDoubleClickUnsharesRow (
	DataGridViewCellEventArgs e
)
protected function ContentDoubleClickUnsharesRow (
	e : DataGridViewCellEventArgs
) : boolean

Parameters

e

The DataGridViewCellEventArgs containing the data passed to the OnContentDoubleClick method.

Return Value

true if the row will be unshared, otherwise, false. The base DataGridViewCell class always returns false.

The ContentDoubleClickUnsharesRow method is called just before the OnContentDoubleClick method. It must return true if the call to OnContentDoubleClick has the effect of unsharing the cell's row. Otherwise, it should return false.

For more information about row sharing, see Best Practices for Scaling the Windows Forms DataGridView Control.
