DataGridViewBindingCompleteEventArgs Class

Provides data for the DataBindingComplete event.

Namespace: System.Windows.Forms
Assembly: System.Windows.Forms (in system.windows.forms.dll)

public class DataGridViewBindingCompleteEventArgs : EventArgs
public class DataGridViewBindingCompleteEventArgs extends EventArgs
public class DataGridViewBindingCompleteEventArgs extends EventArgs
Not applicable.

The DataBindingComplete event is raised when the contents of the data source change or when the value of the DataSource, DataMember, or BindingContext property of the DataGridView control changes.

This class describes the change made by the CurrencyManager to its underlying list.

The following code example demonstrates the use of this type. In the example, an event handler reports on the occurrence of the DataBindingComplete event. This report helps you to learn when the event occurs and can assist you in debugging. To report on multiple events or on events that occur frequently, consider replacing Show with System.Console.WriteLine or appending the message to a multiline TextBox.

To run the example code, paste it into a project that contains an instance of type DataGridView named DataGridView1. Then ensure that the event handler is associated with the DataBindingComplete event.

private void DataGridView1_DataBindingComplete(Object sender, DataGridViewBindingCompleteEventArgs e) {

System.Text.StringBuilder messageBoxCS = new System.Text.StringBuilder();
messageBoxCS.AppendFormat("{0} = {1}", "ListChangedType", e.ListChangedType );
messageBoxCS.AppendLine();
MessageBox.Show(messageBoxCS.ToString(), "DataBindingComplete Event" );
}
