Gets or sets a value indicating whether the band can be resized in the user interface (UI).
Assembly: System.Windows.Forms (in System.Windows.Forms.dll)
You can prevent users from resizing individual rows or columns by setting their properties. By default, the property value is based on the AllowUserToResizeColumns property value for columns and the AllowUserToResizeRows property value for rows. If you explicitly set to True or False, however, the control value is ignored. Set to NotSet to restore the inheritance.
Because NotSet restores the value inheritance, the property will never return a NotSet value unless the row or column has not been added to a DataGridView control. If you need to determine whether the property value of a row or column is inherited, check its State property. If the State value includes the ResizableSet flag, the property value is not inherited. If the property value is False, the user will not be able to manually adjust band size.
