DataGridView.GetRowDisplayRectangle Method

Returns the rectangle that represents the display area for a row, as determined by the row index.

Namespace:  System.Windows.Forms
Assembly:  System.Windows.Forms (in System.Windows.Forms.dll)
public Rectangle GetRowDisplayRectangle(
	int rowIndex,
	bool cutOverflow
)

Parameters

rowIndex
Type: System.Int32

The row index for the desired cell.

cutOverflow
Type: System.Boolean

true to return the row rectangle visible in the DataGridView bounds; false to return the entire row rectangle.

Return Value

Type: System.Drawing.Rectangle
The Rectangle that represents the display rectangle of the row.
ExceptionCondition
ArgumentOutOfRangeException

rowIndex is not in the valid range of 0 to the number of rows minus 1.

Supported in: 4, 3.5 SP1
