A Color that represents the background color of the DataGridView. The default is SystemColors.AppWorkspace.

Remarks

The BackgroundColor property determines the color of the area of the DataGridView that is not filled with cells.

Example

The following code example demonstrates how to set the BackgroundColor property. In addition, the code example demonstrates how to set the DataGridViewColumn.Name and DataGridViewColumn.DefaultCellStyle properties.
