Read only, returns true when the control layout is a mirror of the standard control layout.  A mirrored layout is a Right to Left (RTL) layout in GDI.  Commonly used for layout of forms designed for use in Arabic countries.  For more information on mirrored layouts of controls, see http://www.microsoft.com/middleeast/msdn/mirror.aspx.
