Control.ControlCollection.Find Method

Note: This method is new in the .NET Framework version 2.0.

Searches for controls by their Name property and builds an array of all the controls that match.

	bool searchAllChildren

	boolean searchAllChildren

	key : String, 
	searchAllChildren : boolean
) : Control[]

Parameters

key: The key to locate in the Control.ControlCollection.

searchAllChildren: true to search all child controls; otherwise, false.

Return Value

An array of type Control containing the matching controls.

Exceptions

Exception type	Condition
ArgumentException	The key parameter is a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) or the empty string ("").
