XAML Values

applicationIdentity

An ApplicationIdentity property element. All ApplicationIdentity properties are required as child property elements except for the Icons property. If no icons are specified, default ones are used.

Property Value

Type: System.Windows.ApplicationIdentity
Information about the application that is used for out-of-browser support.

You must specify a Deployment.ApplicationIdentity property element in your project's AppManifest.xml file in order to configure an application for out-of-browser support. Otherwise, the element is optional.

The AppManifest.xml file is located in the Properties (C#) or My Project (Visual Basic) folder of your Visual Studio project. This file is used to generate the application manifest (AppManifest.xaml) file deployed in your application package.

All ApplicationIdentity properties represent required property elements except for the ApplicationIdentity.Icons property.
