BindingListCollectionView.CanCustomFilter Property

Gets a value that indicates whether the view supports custom filtering.

Namespace:  System.Windows.Data
Assembly:  PresentationFramework (in PresentationFramework.dll)
public bool CanCustomFilter { get; }

Property Value

Type: System.Boolean
true if the view supports custom filtering; otherwise, false.

Use this property to test whether the view supports custom filtering before assigning a filter string to CustomFilter.

.NET Framework Client Profile

Supported in: 4, 3.5 SP1

Windows 7, Windows Vista SP1 or later, Windows XP SP3, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core supported with SP1 or later), Windows Server 2003 SP2
