Selects a range of text in the text box.

Parameters

start: Type: System.Int32
The zero-based character index of the first character in the selection.

length: Type: System.Int32
The length of the selection, in characters.

Exceptions

Exception	Condition
ArgumentOutOfRangeException	start or length is negative.
