PopulatingEventHandler Delegate

Silverlight

Represents the method that will handle the Populating event of a AutoCompleteBox control.

Namespace:  System.Windows.Controls
Assembly:  System.Windows.Controls.Input (in System.Windows.Controls.Input.dll)
public delegate void PopulatingEventHandler(
	Object sender,
	PopulatingEventArgs e
)

Parameters

sender
Type: System.Object
The source of the event.
e
Type: System.Windows.Controls.PopulatingEventArgs
A PopulatingEventArgs that contains the event data.

When you create a PopulatingEventHandler delegate, you identify the method that will handle the event. To associate the event with your event handler, add an instance of the delegate to the event. The event handler is called whenever the event occurs, unless you remove the delegate. For more information about event-handler delegates, see Events Overview for Silverlight.

Silverlight

Supported in: 5, 4, 3
