Initializes a new instance of the DataGridRowClipboardEventArgs class.

Parameters
- item
- Type: System.Object
The data item for the row for which the event occurred.
- startColumnDisplayIndex
- Type: System.Int32
The DisplayIndex value of the column that contains the first selected cell in the row.
- endColumnDisplayIndex
- Type: System.Int32
The DisplayIndex value of the column that contains the last selected cell in the row.
- isColumnHeadersRow
- Type: System.Boolean
A value that indicates whether the row for which the event occurred represents the column headers.
