DataGridCellsPanel.OnItemsChanged Method

Updates the visible cells when an item in the Items collection has changed.

Namespace:  System.Windows.Controls
Assembly:  PresentationFramework (in PresentationFramework.dll)
protected override void OnItemsChanged(
	Object sender,
	ItemsChangedEventArgs args
)

Parameters

sender
Type: System.Object

The object that raised the ItemsChanged event.

args
Type: System.Windows.Controls.Primitives.ItemsChangedEventArgs

The data for the event.

Raising an event invokes the event handler through a delegate. For more information, see Raising an Event.

The OnItemsChanged method also allows derived classes to handle the event without attaching a delegate. This is the preferred technique for handling the event in a derived class.

Notes to Inheritors

When overriding OnItemsChanged in a derived class, make sure that you call the base class’s OnItemsChanged method so that registered delegates receive the event.
