DataGrid.ColumnReordered Event
Occurs when a DataGrid column has moved to a new position in the display order.

The ColumnReordered event occurs whenever a column DisplayIndex property value changes either programmatically or because of a user drag-and-drop operation. Users can change the column order by dragging column headers only if the CanUserReorderColumns property is true.
