DataGrid.ColumnHeaderDragDelta Event
Occurs one or more times while the user drags a column header using the mouse.

The ColumnHeaderDragDelta event occurs each time the mouse position changes while the user drags a column header. Users can change the column order by dragging column headers only if the CanUserReorderColumns property is true.
