Control.OnMouseWheel Method

Silverlight

Called before the MouseWheel event occurs to provide handling for the event in a derived class without attaching a delegate.

protected virtual void OnMouseWheel(
	MouseWheelEventArgs e
)

Parameters

e
Type: System.Windows.Input.MouseWheelEventArgs
A MouseWheelEventArgs that contains the event data.

The OnMouseWheel method is called before any event handler for the MouseWheel event is called. This method enables derived classes to handle the MouseWheel event without attaching a delegate. This is the preferred technique for handling the event in a derived class.
