Control.IsTabStop Property

Gets or sets a value that indicates whether a control is included in tab navigation.

Namespace:  System.Windows.Controls
Assembly:  System.Windows (in System.Windows.dll)
public bool IsTabStop { get; set; }
<control IsTabStop="bool"/>

Property Value

Type: System.Boolean
true if the control is included in tab navigation; otherwise, false. The default is true.

Dependency property identifier field: IsTabStopProperty

If IsTabStop is false, the control is excluded from tab navigation. In addition, if IsTabStop is false, the control cannot receive input focus.

NoteNote:

In WPF, the IsTabStop property behaves differently. In WPF, if IsTabStop is false, the control can still receive input focus.
