ComboBox.IsEditable Property

Silverlight

Gets a value that indicates whether the user can edit text in the text box portion of a combo box. This property always returns false.

public bool IsEditable { get; }

Type: System.Boolean
false in all cases.

The Silverlight ComboBox does not support editing, therefore this property always returns false.
