Represents the converter that converts Boolean values to and from Visibility enumeration values.
Assembly: PresentationFramework (in PresentationFramework.dll)
XMLNS for XAML: http://schemas.microsoft.com/winfx/2006/xaml/presentation, http://schemas.microsoft.com/netfx/2007/xaml/presentation
Thetype exposes the following members.
|Convert||Converts a Boolean value to a Visibility enumeration value.|
|ConvertBack||Converts a Visibility enumeration value to a Boolean value.|
|Equals(Object)||Determines whether the specified Object is equal to the current Object. (Inherited from Object.)|
|Finalize||Allows an object to try to free resources and perform other cleanup operations before it is reclaimed by garbage collection. (Inherited from Object.)|
|GetHashCode||Serves as a hash function for a particular type. (Inherited from Object.)|
|GetType||Gets the Type of the current instance. (Inherited from Object.)|
|MemberwiseClone||Creates a shallow copy of the current Object. (Inherited from Object.)|
|ToString||Returns a string that represents the current object. (Inherited from Object.)|
Use the class to convert a Boolean to and from a Visibility value. The Convert method returns Visibility.Visible when true is passed in or Visibility.Collapsed when false is passed in. Note that the Visibility.Collapsed value hides the control and does not reserve space for it in a layout. When you call the ConvertBack method and specify a reference to an object, it returns true if the object is Visible; otherwise, it returns false.
Windows 8 Consumer Preview, Windows Server 8 Beta, Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 SP2, Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core Role supported with SP1 or later; Itanium not supported)
The .NET Framework does not support all versions of every platform. For a list of the supported versions, see .NET Framework System Requirements.
