A TouchEventArgs that contains the event data.
Remarks

The OnGotTouchCapture method has no default implementation. Override OnGotTouchCapture in a derived class to handle the GotTouchCapture event. Be sure to call the base class’s OnGotTouchCapture method so that base classes receive the event.
