AutomationElement.AutomationElementInformation.IsEnabled Property
Gets a value that indicates whether the user interface (UI) item referenced by the UI Automation element is enabled.

The value of the IsEnabled property can change because of UI interactions. You should get an updated cache by calling GetUpdatedCache if the value of the IsEnabled property might have changed since you issued the cache request.
