WebPartManager.WebPartAdded Event

Note: This event is new in the .NET Framework version 2.0.

Occurs after a dynamic WebPart or other server control has been added to a WebPartZoneBase zone, to indicate that the control was added successfully.

Namespace: System.Web.UI.WebControls.WebParts
Assembly: System.Web (in system.web.dll)

public event WebPartEventHandler WebPartAdded
/** @event */
public void add_WebPartAdded (WebPartEventHandler value)

/** @event */
public void remove_WebPartAdded (WebPartEventHandler value)

JScript supports the use of events, but not the declaration of new ones.

The WebPartAdded event is useful for indicating that a dynamic control (a control added programmatically, as opposed to being declared in page markup) was successfully added to a zone. In conjunction with the OnWebPartAdded method, the event provides developers with a way to update the user interface (UI) or otherwise notify users that a control was successfully added.

Windows 98, Windows 2000 SP4, Windows Millennium Edition, Windows Server 2003, Windows XP Media Center Edition, Windows XP Professional x64 Edition, Windows XP SP2, Windows XP Starter Edition

The .NET Framework does not support all versions of every platform. For a list of the supported versions, see System Requirements.
