WebPartManager.OnWebPartDeleted Method

Note: This method is new in the .NET Framework version 2.0.

Raises the WebPartDeleted event, which occurs after a WebPart control has been permanently deleted from a page.

Namespace: System.Web.UI.WebControls.WebParts
Assembly: System.Web (in system.web.dll)

protected virtual void OnWebPartDeleted (
	WebPartEventArgs e
)
protected void OnWebPartDeleted (
	WebPartEventArgs e
)
protected function OnWebPartDeleted (
	e : WebPartEventArgs
)

Parameters

e

A WebPartEventArgs that contains the event data.

The OnWebPartDeleted method is called during the process of deleting a WebPart control (or other server control that is added to a WebPartZoneBase zone) from a page.

Page developers can create a custom handler for the WebPartDeleted event by adding the OnWebPartDeleted attribute to the <asp:webpartmanager> element, and assigning a custom method name to the attribute.
