PasswordRecovery.UserNameRequiredErrorMessage Property
Gets or sets the error message displayed when a user leaves the User Name text box empty.
Namespace: System.Web.UI.WebControls
Assembly: System.Web (in System.Web.dll)
The UserNameRequiredErrorMessage property contains the error message to display in any ValidationSummary control on the same page as the PasswordRecovery control.
The default text for the property is localized based on the server's locale setting.
The value of this property, when set, can be saved automatically to a resource file by using a designer tool. For more information, see LocalizableAttribute and ASP.NET Globalization and Localization.
The following code example changes the UserNameRequiredErrorMessage property displayed in the ValidationSummary control on the password recovery page.
