Parameters
- startRowIndex
- Type: System.Int32
The index of the first record on the page.
- maximumRows
- Type: System.Int32
The maximum number of items on a single page.
- databind
- Type: System.Boolean
true to rebind the control after the properties are set; otherwise, false.
