HotSpot.TrackViewState Method

Causes the HotSpot object to track changes to its view state so they can be stored in the object's StateBag object. This object is accessible through the Control.ViewState property.

The TrackViewState member is used primarily by control developers when deriving a custom implementation from the HotSpot class.

This method is called automatically by ASP.NET when the HotSpot object is initialized.
