GridViewSortEventArgs Constructor

Initializes a new instance of the GridViewSortEventArgs class.

	string sortExpression,
	SortDirection sortDirection
)

Parameters

sortExpression
Type: System.String

The sort expression used to sort the items in the control.

sortDirection
Type: System.Web.UI.WebControls.SortDirection

A SortDirection that indicates the direction in which to sort the items in the control.

Use this constructor to initialize a new instance of the GridViewSortEventArgs class.

The following table shows the initial property values for an instance of GridViewSortEventArgs.
