DetailsView.OnDataSourceViewChanged Method
This API supports the .NET Framework infrastructure and is not intended to be used directly from your code.
Raises the DataSourceViewChanged event.
Namespace: System.Web.UI.WebControls
Assembly: System.Web (in System.Web.dll)
abstract OnDataSourceViewChanged : sender:Object * e:EventArgs -> unit override OnDataSourceViewChanged : sender:Object * e:EventArgs -> unit
Parameters
- sender
- Type: System.Object
The source of the event.
- e
- Type: System.EventArgs
An EventArgs that contains the event data.
The OnDataSourceViewChanged method is called by the DetailsView control to raise the DataSourceViewChanged event. It is generally used by control developers when extending the DetailsView class.
The OnDataSourceViewChanged method also allows derived classes to handle the event without attaching a delegate. This is the preferred technique for handling the event in a derived class.
Notes to InheritorsWhen overriding OnDataSourceViewChanged in a derived class, be sure to call the base class's OnDataSourceViewChanged method so that registered delegates receive the event.
