Type: System.Booleanfalse, indicating that a CheckBoxList does not contain a heading section.
The HasHeader property is used primarily by control developers in custom controls that derive from the CheckBoxList class. Headers are not supported when the RepeatLayout property is set to UnorderedList or OrderedList.
