ScriptManager.SupportsPartialRendering Property
Gets a value that indicates whether the client supports partial-page rendering.

If the EnablePartialRendering property is set to false, the SupportsPartialRendering property returns false.
The default check to determine whether partial-page rendering is supported returns true when the following conditions are true:
The W3CDomVersion property value must be greater than or equal to 1.0.
The EcmaScriptVersion property value must be greater than or equal to 1.0.
The SupportsCallback property value must be set to true.
When the SupportsPartialRendering property is explicitly set, these checks are not used.
Control developers should use the SupportsPartialRendering property to determine whether they should support partial-page rendering.
