Raises the ResolveScriptReference event for each script reference that is managed by the ScriptManager control.

An object that represents the current script.
This method is called by the OnPreRender event handler, one time for each ScriptReference in the Scripts collection.
The ResolveScriptReference event is raised after duplicate script entries have been resolved.
Override this method to affect the behaviors of individual script blocks on postback or during partial-page updates.
