ScriptManager.LoadPostData Method

Reads form data that is posted from the browser to the server, and determines the source of the asynchronous postback.

Parameters

postDataKey
Type: System.String

The key identifier for the control.

postCollection
Type: System.Collections.Specialized.NameValueCollection

The collection of all the incoming post data.

Return Value

Type: System.Boolean
true if the ScriptManager control's state has changed as a result of a postback; otherwise, false.

The LoadPostData method is primarily used by control developers to extend the functionality of the ScriptManager control.
