Overridden by derived classes to deserialize and load persisted state information when a Page object initializes its control hierarchy.
Assembly: System.Web (in System.Web.dll)
The following code example demonstrates how a class that derives from the PageStatePersister class implements the method to load view state from a persistence medium. The StreamPageStatePersister attempts to read data from a stream. It uses an IStateFormatter object to deserialize view state data and initialize the ViewState property and the ControlState property, which a page uses to initialize controls. This code example is part of a larger example provided for the PageStatePersister class.
