The HtmlInputFile control implements the IPostBackDataHandler interface, which has two methods: IPostBackDataHandler.LoadPostData and IPostBackDataHandler.RaisePostDataChangedEvent. The LoadPostData method is called by the RaisePostDataChangedEvent method and always returns false, indicating that the HtmlInputFile control's state is not managed by the ASP.NET page framework.

The LoadPostData method is used primarily by control developers extending the functionality of the HtmlInputFile control.
