The .NET Framework internally constructs a new instance of the MenuItemStyleCollectionEditor class when you select, for example, the ellipsis button (…) on the LevelMenuItemStyles or LevelSelectedStyles row in the Properties grid of the visual designer when designing a Menu control or a control that is derived from the Menu class.
