Indicates whether the current instance of the SupportsPreviewControlAttribute class is set to the default preview attribute value.

Remarks
The IsDefaultAttribute method compares the value for the SupportsPreviewControl property of the current SupportsPreviewControlAttribute object with the value for the SupportsPreviewControl property of the static Default field.
