HttpApplication.ReleaseRequestState Event
Occurs after ASP.NET finishes executing all request event handlers. This event causes state modules to save the current state data.

Remarks
When the ReleaseRequestState event is raised, the application is finished with the request and ASP.NET is signaled to store the request state.
