VirtualPathProvider Constructor

Initializes the class for use by an inherited class instance. This constructor can be called only by an inherited class.

new : unit -> VirtualPathProvider

When overriding the VirtualPathProvider constructor, defer any initialization that must occur after the VirtualPathProvider object is registered to the Initialize method.
