HostCurrentTransactionCallback Delegate

Provides a mechanism for the hosting environment to supply its own default notion of Current.

This delegate provides a mechanism for a hosting environment to supply its own default notion of Current. It is called when Current is nullptr, and there is no current TransactionScope that indicates that the ambient transaction may have been suppressed.
