Raised when the voice of the SpeechSynthesizer changes.

You can change the voice that the SpeechSynthesizer uses with any of the PromptBuilder's StartVoice(String) methods or the SpeechSynthesizer's SelectVoice(String) or SelectVoiceByHints() methods.
