Defines access levels used by ServiceController permission classes.
This enumeration has a FlagsAttribute attribute that allows a bitwise combination of its member values.

| None | The ServiceController has no permissions. | |
| Browse | The ServiceController can connect to, but not control, existing services. | |
| Control | The ServiceController can connect to and control existing services. |
