Multicast is not supported with Request-Reply communication.
If you want to send a message to different endpoints having the same contract using service routing you cannot use System.ServiceModel.Routing.IRequestReplyRouter as the contract in the router service since multicast is not supported with Request-Reply communication.
You will have to create one - way or callback operations.
