Represents the method that is called when an System.ServiceModel.InstanceContext object has finished processing.

Use an to notify the Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) runtime that an object has finished processing. When the object notifies the runtime that the has finished its work, WCF calls IInstanceContextProvider.IsIdle once again. This cycle continues until IInstanceContextProvider.IsIdle returns true and the context is closed and recycled.
