Parameters
- sourceElement
- Type: System.Configuration.ConfigurationElement
A ConfigurationElement at the current level containing a merged view of the properties.
- parentElement
- Type: System.Configuration.ConfigurationElement
The parent ConfigurationElement, or null if this is the top level.
- saveMode
- Type: System.Configuration.ConfigurationSaveMode
A ConfigurationSaveMode that determines which property values to include.
