CommunicationObject.ThrowIfDisposedOrNotOpen Method

Throws an exception if the communication object is not in the Opened state.

Exception Condition
InvalidOperationException

The communication object is not in a Created or Opening state and cannot be used.

ObjectDisposedException

The communication object is in a Closing or Closed state and cannot be modified.

CommunicationObjectFaultedException

The communication object is in a Faulted state and cannot be modified.

Supported in: 4, 3.5 SP1

The InvalidOperationException's description should not contain the word "not."  Created and Opening states result in an exception.
