Faulted is a permanent state for service hosts.
Once a communications object (e.g. serviec host) is faulted, it is likely the channel can no longer be used (e.g. WCF and Workflow hosts). In this case, depending on the host type, the error handler be able to call Abort() then Open() or have to completely re-create the host in order to restore normal operation.
