The MessageVersion that is used or expected.

Exceptions

ArgumentNullException	The value set is null.
ArgumentOutOfRangeException	The value set is an unsupported envelope version.

Remarks

Specifies the versions of SOAP and WS-Addressing associated with a message and its exchange.
